Just had my renewal and the price seems steep at £267. Does anyone use another company that I can try?

I had a good quote with AF for the first year, but then they added £40 admin renewal charge so wasn't happy about that. Didn't have enough time to shop around. They're not bad but RH did a good quote originally too, but they wouldn't insure it as a main vehicle, hence going with AF.

How to post pics: When writing a message, scroll down and use the "attach file" option. Where possible, a photo sharing service can be used such as Flickr, Imgur etc. The image location (usually ending in .jpg) can be copy and pasted between the ][ brackets that appear when you click the 'Img' button (you can find this button at the top of the message box).

How to post youtube vids: Click on the 'youtubeHD' button at the top of the message box and in the middle of the ][ brackets that just appeared, copy and paste everything from the youtube web address that appears after the = sign i.e if this is the url: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2cNqaPSHv0 just copy "K2cNqaPSHv0").

Blag them, my renewal came in at £270 and I battled them down to £180 with a 5000 mile a year policy and agreed valuation, that's on a 1997 ss, I get the impression they would rather drop the price to keep your custom than loose your business, I've also got my 4x4 with them

Went with Performance Direct in the end. Cheaper and much lower excess.
