Don't see this very often anymore so grab what you need, seller is based in Newcastle:

Quick question. Can I use later gen brakes on a 67? I wouldn't mind some cheap disc brakes..

I've got a feeling the spindles are different on a 2nd gen, so the callipers won't bolt up to 1st gen ones, and I think the standard drum spindles are different to disc ones.
Might be able to swap 2nd gen spindles in but no idea of work involved, or if geometry dimensions are anywhere near to pick up roll bar and steering arms... probably easier to retrofit a decent 1st gen disc upgrade kit with spindles.

That's a shame. There's a kit kicking about on eBay for about £800 which isn't a ridiculous price, not money I have right now though!

Sorry it wasn't mine, just shared the advert as it's so rare that these come up. What panels do you need? I know a guy that can bring stuff in quite fast for a very reasonable price.

4:11 rear ends are usually a safe bet for being quick off the line :)

The plastic panels come up sometimes on ebay. You can get them new though as they are reproduced, places like National Parts Depot stock them, just have to be vigilant with shipping / import costs as sometimes that can make an otherwise decent price item quick expensive!

I have a 4.11 12 bolt rear end in mine.... hilarious fun - watch out for the gas mileage if you don't have over drive though!
