Still not good news about ol' Schuey.

Still in a coma after his skiing accident in France on the weekend, after some surgery.
He smacked his head on rock whilst skiing and had been in and out of conciesness for a few hours since before settling into a coma.
Some of the regulars may remember I spent about 7 weeks in Meribel last winter, and from what I saw it is a very well run resort and I'm pleased the medical attention he received was fast and efficient

I'm no huge F1 fan, but the guy dominated the sport for nearly 10 years from mid 90's to mid 2000's, and was still relatively competitive on his come back a couple of years ago with guys 15 - 20 years younger.
So it would be a shame to lose such a legend.

The trouble is with people who earned their living dangerously is they cannot give it up.

I don´t like the fact he is in this situation and pray he will recover, but he must take a more responsible attitude
for the sake of his wife and children.
Today they are reporting a slight improvement.
