How to post pics: When writing a message, scroll down and use the "attach file" option. Ye, all these compressors, humidity / temp controlled booths and spray guns are all just clever marketing to make money. Clear coat is also unnecessary... just an excuse to sell more product

Oh now how can I tell you all this without hurting your feelings? The picture is not wrong, there really are some cars where this is the right way to paint them, and I'm not joking or being sarcastic. Just look at the car in the picture........

Shame the accompanying image has since gone (well it was 8 years ago), but the artist Coop used a brush and some Rustoleum on his Model A rod.

If i use smoothrite paint would it matter if i did it in the rain
