Terrible aren't i. Looking back i should have pulled the motor and tranny out, put the car on a spit roast, then it would have been far quicker to do all this stuff, far easier, and i could have done a better job too. hindsight is a great thing
still no word on the paint
Here's the timeline:
2nd Feb - Company recommend sending tech rep around to check the paint and conditions etc, confirm to provide new materials at no cost as a gesture of good will.
23rd March - Tech rep visits. Time gap here is not an issue - this was because i was away for work for a while so no issues here. Rep takes measurements, pics, says it will take just over a week to get everything sorted. It was a Friday so would expect response around 3rd April
26th March - get asked for additional info, deliver info.
10th April - Still no word, response is overdue so send chase up
10th April - get told that we are "waiting on the powers that be", even though the powers that be already made the decision on 2nd Feb?!
11th April - I acknowledge and ask to be updated when news arrives.
2nd May - Still no reply
now 1 month overdue. Not happy.

How to post pics: When writing a message, scroll down and use the "attach file" option. Where possible, a photo sharing service can be used such as Flickr, Imgur etc. The image location (usually ending in .jpg) can be copy and pasted between the ][ brackets that appear when you click the 'Img' button (you can find this button at the top of the message box).
How to post youtube vids: Click on the 'youtubeHD' button at the top of the message box and in the middle of the ][ brackets that just appeared, copy and paste everything from the youtube web address that appears after the = sign i.e if this is the url:
