It just struck me, its reminiscent of a 1970 Shelby Mustang!!
That is very similar! I should a chrome surround and black out the spoiler
Starting work on the niggly things now. Main one is the rear right tyre, which has always needed pumping up. Went it the garage yesterday and after being pumped up to 33psi last Saturday, it's was completely flat and squashed on the floor
Went to the local tyre place and they put some soapy water on the valve and rim and it was bubbling up around a part of the rim. They broke the bead and reseated it and pumped it back up to 33. When i got home and put the tyre on it felt a bit squishy and apparently was down to 15 psi
I sprayed some soapy water around the rim and valve and couldn't see anything bubbling up (though as it was mounted, only had access to the to the outside). Pumped it up to 30psi last night and it's already down to about 10psi half a day later. wtf?!
Found a piece of thick rubber that i will use for the fuel pump mount to try and isolate the droning buzzing sound so that will be the next thing to sort.
