It can be a faff getting them to auto adjust. I found stomping on the brakes then pulling the hand brake up and down helped them adjust in.
Gave her a wash this evening - I have a feeling I'm going to go through a lot of Autoglym's Paint Renovator.
Anyway - with her in Park, and the handbrake on, she didn't move at all, so that's something.

Cheers for that, I have a feeling that's probably what was up with mine.
I've also discovered that I have cruise control.
Can I also ask where the hazard switch is?
The dealer didn't have any history or papers to hand (hopefully in the post soon) so I haven't got the owners manual...
Haynes manual has been ordered, however.
