I know quite a bit about that car. I owned it for a while.
Was it OK when you had it... lots of varied, mostly negative thoughts on it here.. :wtf:

Well it always drove OK it stopped, started and felt quite tight for a Camaro tbh, best Id driven! It passed a few MoT's with no issues whatsoever. It hauled ass in a straight line and was predictable in corners etc.

I traded it in and when it was up on the ramps there was some investigation carried out.

It all started out with some red paint showing under the fuel filler flap - initially we thought a replacement flap had been fitted and re-painted.

then above the rear light on drivers side, a red paint appeared as well, so then we though it might be a rear quarter swap.

then after scraping at the car for a bit one of the rear chassis areas had red paint under the paint as well. now thinking its had a hit on that side.

Moved forward and found more red paint in front chassis legs and inner wings etc. everyones looking nervous at this time.

Did a check and no recorded damage, but then discover it had been oversees in Germany for a few years and had been brought in later on - hence the inaccurate 05 plate.

Concensus was it had been spun and probably hit both front and rear at the same time, all of which had been replaced from a good donor.
