Car Details:69 Chevelle Malibu Sport Coupe 350 ci, Candy Apple Red, soon to have 70's gold flaking, parchment interior in Naugarhyde (lol), old skool sbx intake, 600 dp, magnum cam/lifters, hooker headers, th400 manual valve body with 4.11 posi for quick getaways
Lol, yeah ok. Well checked out my C3BX intake and they were used on a lot of gasser's back in the day and were basically an aluminium version of the 302 Z28 intake so as its "vintage" thats staying. Am very happy with the way it runs. Would like to pick up an extra 70 plus horses. Was thinking that some big valve heads and a stronger cam and some sportsroof magic might help

Some guy on Ebay is selling ready assembled aluminium 202 heads ready to go for £380.... :eh: And hes got a number of sets for sale. seems too cheap?

Alternatively you can put some laughing gas into it for me and do it the cheating way. ;)

Sure, spray certainly does the job BUT it runs out, usually much faster than you want it to. Expensive and hard to find locally are just two reasons to have an engine that does OK without it. We need to talk sometime about just where you really want to go with this. Start off by losing the sludge-o-matic.
Cheers, Martin
