Hi Alex,

I have just bought a cover for my Camaro from this company in the US. At the end of the day it was cheaper than anything of the same quality here in the UK including the shipping. I received it in 10 days and it fits pretty good. It is not fully fitted but tapered each end. It's a case of spend your money and take a chance. You can't get much for sixty quid these days.

Cheers Gerry

"Reinforced grommets for security purposes!
Front and rear elastic to keep the cover where it belongs on your Vehicle, as well as pull strings like no other cover!"

Well never recieved my cover from Thecarcover. Evertime I e-mailed them asking about it i was passed onto someone else, then that person was sacked ect ect ect. I asked for my money back and they havent responded. They cleverly put there delivery date at 6 weeks so you are unable to complain to ebay. In all its been a nightmare. My advise is to stay away from Thecarcover.

Sorry to hear you have had trouble with this company. I only reccommended them because I had no problems with them, in fact they delivered very quick and I'm very happy with my cover.

Keep on at them and hopefully it will arrive.

Best of luck

Gerry

Some time ago I got a pair of covercraft car outdoor car covers

they are custom fit (for 1 Gen Camaro) and still going strong!

see:
http://www.covercraft.com/

I saw one at a car show the other day and nearly bought it (one of mine is a little frayed now)

Hi

I'm looking for a heavy duty cover for the winter and want one that has underbody straps front and rear as my car is in the sideway and the wind blows a hoolie down there!

Has anyone spotted such a cover in there searches? :?:

got mine from halfords for my iroc, totally water proof and breathable with the front and rear straps for those windy days, which is every day here      ,it fits good and is elasticated for a snugger fit.
its the halfords advanced range "all seasons car cover extra large"
it states on the packaging its completely water proof ,3 layer breathable material allows condensation to evaporate, elasticated end panels to fit around bumper and under car securing straps to ensure a good fit.
had mine over a year with no problems so far and its stayed put even in really high winds
i think it cost about sixty quid
hope this helps
