Well, my last premium was £322 fully comp with agreed value and 3000 miles per year but then i'm 47!
I knew getting old would be good for something...
Seems pretty good. I can only hope that my premium will be less than £1k!

I hope you've got your insurance sorted. It does help sometimes to be a member of specialist car clubs, like this one and Motorvatin USA etc. It may also help to do an advanced driver course with RoSPA or IAM.

Hi Dudley,

I'm new to this as well. I picked up my first Camaro a week ago and I haven't regretted an instant. I am 21 and have been driving for 4 and a half years. This is my 6th car, but first yank. My insurance is £2,400.00 with Adrian flux but I had a couple of accidents that weren't my fault year before last, so this hasn't helped.
The previous comments about additional driving courses are very useful as well.

I don't really have a lot to say in terms of advice, I've only been doing this a week, but I'll stick a photo or two up as inspriation!!

Good luck!

Andy

Actually, thinking about it, telling you how much my insurance is probably hasn't done anyone any favours!
I suspect if you look around and haven't had any accidents, you'll do a lot better than me!

Wow, that's a big chunk o' cash.. I'm guessing your age is the real killer..

I hope you've done all the usual price reduction tips - member of an owners club (loads to chose from), kept garaged or off-road if poss, limited miles, parents on policy as named drivers..

Nice car though..
