PICS FROM LAST YEAR just to let you know what you,r missing .Hi guys just back from hols so i thought i post pics from Drayton Manor . Thanks for sharing those, it looked like a good day out. I particularly liked the 1st shot of the orange '69 Firebird. I owned one of those back in '79 & it was the first American car I'd owned. I often wonder if it's still around .

Car Details:79' camaro road & track day toy. 383 stroker, 5 speed TKO trans, lots of suspension stuff, 13" Vette brakes, 18" wheels.
Location:Luton
Some lovely cars there... Sure I've seen around at events or in the mags..

was in Custom Car a while ago, and it's been beautifully put together. I seem to recall it's a Singer.

Hi guys thanks for replys i thought you would like the 69 Nige after looking at pics of yours (sweeeeet ) the picture posted by onemanrace is a Standard Flying 12 the same model that i own and am still hopeing to ROD ??? to comply with the BIVA (we will see) .The guy that built the one in the pics is called Dave Rothwell and is ahead of his time the car has a Volvo 5 cylinder engine simillar to the TouringCar Engine all new susspension brakes and interior the car is well sorted and nice bodywork , with a one off paint colours its body is a different shade from the wings ,all handles bumper bars ect he made and had cast (nice work) Cheers Neil :thumbup:

Yeah, that's brought the article back to me. Look at those front bumpers! Beautiful work.
Personally, I've always fancied doing something with a Pilot ever since I found one tucked up in Greenford that was pretty straight.

Until then, keeping the IROC running's enough of a drain on the pocket. :lol:

Your not joking about drain on your wallet, the Pilot is one nice looking car and a V8 aswell if it was the right price it may be worth you having a good look as they getting like horse pooooo to get hold of a good non modified car Cheers Neil :thumbup:

Bugga :cry: I didn't get there!!!! I got stiffed putting up 5 sets of ball aching blinds! :oops: by the time I'd finished I was wasted. Weather was good as well! Saying that if I'd turned up in my Puma I'd have been laughed out the park! Nice photos Neil! :clap: :thumbup:
