Haven't used the car for a few days and went out earlier and some little s**t has levered the Camaro emblem of the front header panel... :x

They must have just jammed a screwdriver or knife under it and popped it off. He broke the attaching pins and circlips as I found them under the front bumper. It was good nick too, as I bought it new from NPD when the car was painted about 6 years ago..

What's the point.. ? :?: There aren't any other Camaros for miles near me, so I assume it's some little tw*t as a trophy for his bedroom wall..

Not happy.......

Same shit around here: Not long after i bought my Zee last June somebody 'keyed' the hood, then i found scrape marks and red paint on the front wing and in Feb this year Police knocked on my door to tell me that some ass wipe had tried to steal it and caused loads of damage. The door lock was punched through, steering column ripped out and the headlining torn down :x . The insurance covered it but i still had £250 excess to pay and no car for three months.
Wouldn't it be nice, just for once, to catch them in the act?

Taking a positive from it, at least they didn't damage the paint around the emblem. If you fit a new one it'll cover the mark they left,

cheers...Nige

Luckily the whole front is stone chipped to buggery, so I'm not as bothered if it was immaculate..

(it's amazing how many stone chips you get at 69.5mph ;) )
