AON are still about, I use them, but they now insure through Footman James. Had a look at Hagerty, they are fuddy duddies
,to insure a car with them, it can't be modified (unless it's for show use

Hagerty does not offer an insurance product for:
* Drivers under the age of 25.
* Inexpensive home-built car kits that do not replicate a classic vehicle.
* Drivers with poor driving records.
* Any vehicles used for off-road or utility type driving.
* Pro-street vehicles modified exclusively with racing features such as roll cages, wheelie casters, nitrous systems, parachutes, etc. (Consideration may be given to show-use only vehicles).
* Regular-use vehicles driven on a daily basis.
* Vehicles used primarily for commercial use.
* Motorcycles.
* Caravans.
* TVR’s after 1980.
* 1990 or newer vehicles doing more than 3000 miles per annum.
