Are you going to upgrade the pads to something that's not going to dip out on you when you use it hard?? I remember seeing a pic of Jannes Z/28 after he fitted big Baer brakes to his car. A couple of laps on track & they caught fire :o .

I will upgrade the pads once I've bedded the discs in, so I will be taking it easy on the car for the first few hundred miles of driving ;)

...which now means that the body is ready to be blasted, and then etch primed :thumbup:

Looks like they've done a good job welding in those subframe connectors. Once the body has been blasted it'd be better if you could get a coat of Epoxy primer on there, as you can repairn over the top of that without having to take the paint back to metal to do the repairs. Etch is good, but would need removing prior to the filler being applied. hth
