That's looking good, was it blasted or stripped?? Powdercoat or paint?? Either way it's nice to have something like that to start fitting all of the cleaned suspension parts to. Out this year??

cheers...Nige

Thank you! It was blasted, and powdercoated. All the spot welds were joined up to strengthen the frame, so now it's back on the car so that the subframe connectors can be welded into the floor. Then the body will be off to be blasted (gently  )

Out this year??
That's the plan, once the body is back, then I need to take a week off to paint the underside with some stoneguard coating, and start planning the interior. It will be on it's wheels in March at least :)

Cheers,
Mark

Hi Mark, if you're going to use a stone guard or stonechip type product, be aware that most of them are porous & will need over coating with a top coat paint. It'd also be a good idea to etch prime the bare steel before you stoneguardn it.

Oh & March is in 2 weeks time

cheers...Nige

It will be etch primed before it's returned to the bodyshop :) The stuff I'm gonna use is from Second Skin, called Spectrum - which apparently does not need to be painted - which will save time :)

End of March!

As Rocky said, they are Kore3 PBR's - Corvette C6 Z51, also have 330mm Discs as well. (I bought the Kore3 front big brake kit) The spindles are from ATS (Speedtech), designed to take C5/C6 brakes.

Tobin @ Kore3 is an awesome guy to deal with, very good company for all your brake requirements.
