I thought I would pop a quick post to say Hello!!!

I got my first american car at the weekend. Its a 1996 Black Camaro RS V6, yes I know its a V6 but I am a girl and it is my first one :-)

I have wanted an american car for such a long time and I didnt think I would ever have one but here I am.

Drove it for the first time this morning to work and it was a bit of an experience I have to say!

I did really enjoy driving it though and I want to get out there and have another play.

Overall I am really pleased with her. More so when I got the reaction from my brother when he first saw it!! :-D

PS. Someone just came to see me who saw it in the car park and asked if was mine. I said yes and she asked what it was. I said its a Camaro and she said it is superb and she has never seen anything like it before! oooo I feel like a million dollars :-)

I remember a feature in classic american about 15 years ago, (it was on an 85? RS camaro), the first line said "the camaro is a hooligans car, and camaro's should ALWAYS be black"
this means of course, that you are gonna HAVE to be really bad and get yourself a nasty reputation............so go on, ask her out ! :twisted:

Well I wont be a hooligan in it for a while as we found out at the weekend that the gearbox is on the way out and we are on the hunt for a new one :(
