are you going to leave them naked or are you going to get them either wrapped or given a coating?

they are stainless steel so im going to leave then NAKED for a while, they'll prob discolour and go a brown tinge later and then i'll wrap them maybe ?

I have had to just put a true duel system on a 4th gen, The X-pipe was a bit of a pain as the car was very low and we went over the rear axle as we used a tranverse muffler for ground clearence. I think you will be better going under the axle like you said especially if you race the car will be a little less restrictive. Those headers by the way look VERY nice what make did you go for?

they are OBX ones from ebay in US, they look good but its all in the fitting, waiting for O2 extensions at present

Well all, been a while since I updated this so some nice pictures of what i've done:

LS6 intake, doesnt look too different but devil in the detail, increase plenum volume (one on right is LS6):







My shiny, shiny exhaust headers and true dual system:









And a nice axle swap back to a zexel torsen style posi, with a 3.23 gear up from 2.73 stock highway ones (i'd swapped to auburn LSD with cones, which got wreaked after about 2 years and turd oil )









SO now all im needing for next month is a Wide band LM1 or LC1 oxygen sensor to do a full VE tune

I had LC-1 which I sold about 6 weeks ago with manuals/sw.

my dad's a fabricator, engineer, so he did them

I think I saw it on ebay, if im correct it had a serial cable missing or something??. Plus its something I'd rather by new if im calibrating my engine fueling
