Just blown a hole in my exhaust where the CAT used to be, going to do a temporary repair for the time being but i need a new front section, dont usppose anyone has one, or knows where i can get one from. Going to ring US Automotive as they're only down the road from me but any other suggestions would be fantastic.

Cheers

Dave

I do the Y-pipes in stainless and I think they are cheaper than any steel original on the market. not sure whether they will fit a V6 though, Is it that part your after or cat on? I may have a link pipe in stock.

I'm not sure. The hole is where the CAT used to be as the owner before me removed and put a resonator in i think. I'm thinking about just getting a length of pipe and cutting the rusty part out as i have a brand new mid and rear section. the front section looks pretty new and i cant see any major rust only the start of a little surface rust. I've done a temporary fix for the moment with some Gun Gum the clip they give you and some high temperature metal tape, seems to have worked for the time being. I'm guessing your not at Ace Cafe tomorrow rocky. I'm going to take a picture before i go and post it up here so you can take a look if you like.

Cheers

Dave

Looks like a cherry bomb style muffler has been welded in, Has it been welded or bolted in? I have a Mac Performance link pipe in stock which is a straight replacment for a cat, Or you can just use a straight bit of tube if its just been welded. Do you know the dia tube?

Its been welded in on the repair but bolted in to the middle section. Does the performance section you've got add any power gain or louden the exhaust note? if so how much are you selling it for?

Cheers
