Went to Silverstone over the weekend with my mate Martin who races a '70 Mustang in the HSCC series (historic sports car club). I generally help out with changing the wheels over, sticking tape on the lights & stuff like that  . but it's a great day out with loads of rare & interesting cars there, here's a few pics from that meeting:-

Fueling up at stupid o clock in the morning on the way there. We left at 3.50 am to get there

How to post pics: When writing a message, scroll down and use the "attach file" option. Where possible, a photo sharing service can be used such as Flickr, Imgur etc. The image location (usually ending in .jpg) can be copy and pasted between the ][ brackets that appear when you click the 'Img' button (you can find this button at the top of the message box).

How to post youtube vids: Click on the 'youtubeHD' button at the top of the message box and in the middle of the ][ brackets that just appeared, copy and paste everything from the youtube web address that appears after the = sign i.e if this is the url: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2cNqaPSHv0 just copy "K2cNqaPSHv0").

Looks like a great day... What circuit was it at Silverstone ? The new layout is very confusing, lots of different names for different options..

Tried to find it online with no luck, but any more dates up for that series ?

eta:found it ! http://www.hscc.org.uk/calendar.html

WOW cool day out

Would be interested in going to one of those races, love to see old cars racing much more fun than modern shopping trollies!

Let me know if any races held at Brands Hatch, not far for me

Cheers........Tim
