Why does it all go worng at once!? Just ordered an air intake pipe (the oval 90degree one) nearly £200, now me starter motors playing up which im looking at nearly another £200 and I've got a bloody leak on me transmission too! re-placed the sump gasket and o-ring seal on the selecto arm so looks like its the front seal that will require removing the box............great. What with a service, mot and tax next month my camaros getting expensive, thinking i might get it all sorted, stick the summer wheels back on and flog it cus ive just bought a house and not sure if im gonna be able to keep running it unfortnately. Would anyone on here be interested if i do flog it?? I know i'll cry like a gurl and miss the v8 burble if it did go tho!

have a look at US ebay, most will ship stuff and be cheaper :)

where abouts is the rear seal leaking, and is it a lot?? even mine is a bit damp, but it doesnt lose oil, if you get me?

its leaking from the front seal and down the torq converter cover, its leaking slightly more than id be happy to leave i think it doesn't really lose much but i know its not right so until its not leaking its gonna bug me!! I've seen delco pg260 starters on us ebay for 75dollars but then theres postage and most likely an import fee and was tempted, but on the other hand usautomotive have one on the shelf for 187 but would be here next day so....... I dunno decisions decisions. I know what you are saying britcam68 I don't want it to go but can't afford to do everything, i'm thinking of getting a cheap motor for running around in and i'd really like another early pick up or a 50's or earlier motor to kustom so me camaro would be going to fund that! However if I can pull it off and keep everything i will but thats a bloody long shot by my reckoning :lol:
