Cool topic! I change my cars quite often cos I get bored and fancy a change! Currently my daily hack is a 2000 Peugeot 406 coupe 3.0 V6. Lovely looking car and all the toys. Can't believe how cheap they are now. That replaced my Porsche 944 which was a great car but had no power steering so became a pain...

My daily's a Mercedes 7 seater estate. Excellent for hauling parts around as it's got plenty of space inside once the seats are folded down. I wanted something that had good carrying capacity & be able to take my kids & their friends out comfortably. I sometimes use the wifes '09 Corsa Ecoflex but that's like driving a roller skate. Looking at buying a Land Rover this week so's she can use it to go up the farm to the horses without wrecking the other two cars.

cheers....Nige

That Merc looks quite tasty- AMG alloys- deep front skirt
I don't think you have told us everything about this car!
Is it a special?
NB the one that came afterwards is well known for falling to bits- so I would keep that W124 estate!

My daily is a 1990 Golf G60, bought it to see what it was like to run a supercharged car on a daily basis. It's had quite a few mods done, and very stiff suspension! Also have a 1990 1.3 golf (for when the G60 is being "upgraded" ;) )

Nige, like the the front spoiler on your Merc, looks very similar to a mates one that was on his Rover SD1 he had many moons ago....

As for the Nitro - bleh!

Give me a 2010 Camaro or Challenger as a daily :)
