It was KITT, then I retired KITT to show weekend duties, then it was my V6 Camaro, and it was my Ford Crown Vic Cop Car, I sold that and now its the 5X bus.....(as a passenger), my wife has a Chrysler Voyager which is our main family car, but I think my new G20 van is going to be getting some hammer over this coming year.

yup yup, im lucky enough to pay to drive my camaro as a daily, i figure i'll pay the price to do something I love, dont smoke or do drugs etc, just spend an excess of cash on fuel :) By thr time i'm older there wont be no fuel ( or it'll be super expensive) and not feasable so ill enjoy my yank while i can

My daily's a Mercedes 7 seater estate. Excellent for hauling parts around as it's got plenty of space inside once the seats are folded down. I wanted something that had good carrying capacity & be able to take my kids & their friends out comfortably. I sometimes use the wifes '09 Corsa Ecoflex but that's like driving a roller skate. Looking at buying a Land Rover this week so's she can use it to go up the farm to the horses without wrecking the other two cars.

Yeah thanks, the Mercs a lovely car, just hate putting petrol in it  . Strangely enough, a friend of mine is picking up his new Nitro tomorrow. Give him a week or two behind the wheel & no doubt he'll be able to tell us all about it  The pic he showed me was the same colour as that one

cheers....Nige

What a good topic!

Mya daily driver is an MG ZT-T estate with the BMW Diesel engine which I have had chipped by DMS to put out 180 bhp - it is now 60k miles and it will do an easy 40 mpg in UK- around 32mpg on IOM (BEING auTO) it is a really great car proof the UK got it right at the end! I have had it since new and am thinking about a Skoda Superb 4X4 estate TDI which comes out in Spring.

With the snow being quite bad I have been using my CJ7 360 V8 Quadratrac Jeep with a hardtop and a bit of heating!
Great in snow but terrible fuel economy despite changing the Holley 600 for a 390!

I have added yet another non functioning V8 Jeep to my collection a 1979 304 manual with genuine 29,000 from new! We have got it going now with clutch parts fitted.

I tend not to sell cars that I have owned-
I still have an 1991 E30 H26 Hartge in the barn- which I have owned for 15 years!

Money no object- It would have to be Corvette Grandsport with the spaceframe body - only 5 or 6 were made in 1964- and they were quicker than the Cobras. One was over here

I am in Capetown at present trying to avoid getting burnt!

My daily driver is a Porsche 996 Cab, It's the sole reason I spent time and money getting the Camaro to handle. Once you go Porsche you don't go back (to sloppy handling). But having said that I bought the Porsche about 8 years ago and the Camaro about 27. It was my daily and only driver through my teens and twenties.
So you could say once you go Yank to don't go back!!!! (to low power eco boxes!)
