Given the opportunity, time & money would you attempt a full on restoration or rebuild. What criteria would have to be fulfilled for you to undertake this? Or are you just happy to buy a car that's already restored & driving. What aspect would stop you from restoring a car from scratch? Cheers......Nige

Money and time are the only things stopping me doing a complete strip down and rebuild. Knowledge can be learnt/bought but time cannot. With money I could buy a big garage and get busy. So when I get that lotto win...........

I'd love to, but I'd need a bigger garage and some decent kit in it, a brain transplant with someone who has a clue, and no wife and kids! Did I say money?

How many here have actually taken on a full resto with their cars? Is it just time, money or skills that'd stop you building your dream car??

cheers....Nige

Car Details:Hi Guy's, she's a 91 met grey 3rd gen with a 305 V8 and T tops, and a genuine 26,000km, no rust, landed from japan in 2005, 3 uk owners and I love to bits.....
I would love to be able to do a total resto  , but money and space would have to be right, I think the wife would enjoy to have me out of the way for a while  , knowledge can be learnt along the way but Iam not very patient so could end up a disaster :? . Cheers Jason.
