I've been driving my TransAm to work this week, which got me wondering if any of you guys use your Camaros daily?

What did you do with your Camaro today?

Hi steven, I've been making a fan shroud for my radiator. I've just posted it up on the evilzee28 build thread in the projects section. Other than that I'm waiting for a nice dry day to try & set up my suspension, as it's been raining here almost constantly for 4 weeks now :x :x

cheers.....Nige

Yes, mine gets used as a daily car. It was bought as a toy when I had a company car but lost that many years ago and has been used daily ever since. My wife used it for 2 years when she turned down the company car option and asked for cash.

She does about 20k mileage every year. Although in the snow she is a nightmare... I have had to buy snow chains as it is too embarasing when fiesta's hoot you when traction is impossible on the smallest of hills and they help by getting out and pushing (thats with traction control, limited slip diff and 275 tyres). By the way I decided traction control has to be turned off in the snow as you will never get up an incline and wide tyres are a nightmare and have no idea what limited slip differencial is supposed to be doing but none of it works except snow chains (and thats just moving off the drive onto the road....). The dash board always lights up brilliantly though with loads of warnings... Now thats possibly a discusion thread on its own...

Didn't do anything with my Camaro yesterday but I did sdo some stuff to my mate Darrans (Punisher on here) recently acquired '67 Mercury Cougar. It was a bit of a plain jane in just white, so I added some Trans Am inspired graphics & painted the hood with a satin black stripe. Not bad for 3 1/2 hours work, what a transformation,

Here's the car as bought

My friend Martin lowered the car & sorted out the suspension & then I added the graphics

And then I painted on the hood stripe
