One for your diaries - apparently no need to book, just turn up and pay at the gate:

All American Day
Join us for a celebration of all things American – if it is on wheels, and made in the USA, then it will be here on the day. Moderns and Classics, retro cars, Hot Rods, trucks, bikes and pick-ups will be on display in and around the Paddock and Finishing Straight. All American cars and motorbikes are welcome to attend, no need to pre-book, just turn up on the day!
Visitor parking is in The Heights off Wellington Way.

10:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.

A day devoted to stars and stripes as Brooklands welcomes a whole host of American cars and motorbikes. Expect a feast of chrome and colour with some gleaming Dodge, Chryslers, Mustangs, Hot Rods and much more in and around the Paddock and Motoring Village.

Getting Here:

All American cars and motorbikes are welcome to attend, with entry via the Campbell Gate off Brooklands Road. Parking for all non-American cars is in our main visitor car park (via Brooklands Drive) and in The Heights off Wellington Way - please follow event signage.

Would love to.
But I'll be in Texas, driving around in Bruv-in-law's Dodge pick-up.

Hi All,

I attended the All American Day at Brooklands today and as you would expect on a sunny day, a good turnout of classic and modern Yanks. Not many Camaros, 4-5 First Gen, 2 x ‘70-‘73s (one of those mine) and 2 Third Gens. A few Clubs, with the biggest being The Surrey Mustang Club, although a right hand drive current Mustang (x’s 10) isn’t a classic although one of them was very excited about a new ‘awesome’ exhaust!

Really enjoyed but maybe a bigger Camaro Club turnout would have looked good.

Oh and it's quite rare to get many Camaros in one place!

Here is a fine example of a 1973 Z28, I'd say Best in Show... (even if it was the only one there!!)

I popped down, but later around 2.30pm and alas was in the van, as was working night before and that night too .

Looked like a great day, lovely weather, and great venue... Brooklands well worth a visit for any that haven't been.

I actually got a small picture in the Classic American magazine last year after a Brooklands event :)

Also had a photo opportunity on the track with the Mustang lot one time :)
