Selling my 78 Camaro. Had it for over 3 years and only selling as I have just imported a new car that needs much more work than I thought.. plus a 91 ford explorer that the engine has gone bang.
Overall it's in good condition. . Decent carmine red interior which suits the car really well I think. The car sits on American racing alloys which are in great condition.
It has 305 small block with an Edelbrock 4 BBL carb & dual plane inlet manifold and Edelbrock 18" Crome air intake. The engine has IROC Big valve heads in, which were installed by the previous owner. It runs really smoothly and sounds sweet. The 350 transmission goes through the gears fine.
It has 85,576 miles on the clock, which will go up as I use it over the summer. I've done 5,576 in the 3 years I have owned the car.
Recently replaced door / window seals & scrapers and fitted a new water pump and radiator fan clutch. New carpet fitted also.
The car is pretty solid, but does have some blemishes in the paintwork, small rust bubbles and dings here and there and as you'd expect in a 40 yr old car. The windscreen has a small crack in the corner on the driver's side, but doesn't affect vision in anyway. Underneath is solid, as are the floor pans.
There's MOT until 1/6/19 but it will be tax and MOT free in April 2019. It has some history, owners manual & original build sheet.
Looking for around £7500, but I'm open to offers.
Any questions please feel free to ask. I have lots of pics which I'm happy to send. Based in Bethesda, North Wales.
Link to a walk around video, including car running.. Gives a better ides of the condition.
