Car Details:1973 Z28...
Thinking of selling my ‘73 Z28 with 10 months MOT (no advisories). Really prefer the ‘69 shape but that also depends whether if the ‘69 is longer than my ‘73 to fit in my garage.

I can list all components but wondered if you know of anyone looking for a 2nd Gen Z28?

Lovely looking car. A 73 would fit in my garage too! (My 79 is too tight a squeeze to be practical!)

Oh and I think the 69 is 5 or 6 cm shorter than a 73 :)

Thanks Oddball, no regrets buying it . ‘73 fits lengthwise but can’t open the doors so have to pull it out and push back in every outing.

Other than eBay, any recommendations on best places to sell?

Try www.carandclassic.Co.UK too

I have the opposite, loads of width, not enough length (garage that is!) ;)

@firebird68 - thanks, I might keep it but worth putting it out there. Not attended any shows to get feedback on the quality of paint or interior but mechanically it’s right up there for a 45 year old!

Anyone know where to get a valuation carried out?

Best way to get a value is to look on websites and see what sells for what asking price.
If they sell quickly they may be on the low side,on the other extreme there are always some high priced optimistic sellers who seem to never sell because they are unrealistic.
If you have the time attend some classic auctions to get a look at the cars and see what they sell for or if they fail to reach the reserve...
