They've not sent a layout of where each club stand is, If they work the same as the previous years, they will direct us to a sub area (based on letter on rear view mirror ticket) and then within that sub area, a marshal will point us to the exact location of the club stand.

How to post pics: When writing a message, scroll down and use the "attach file" option. Where possible, a photo sharing service can be used such as Flickr, Imgur etc. The image location (usually ending in .jpg) can be copy and pasted between the ][ brackets that appear when you click the 'Img' button (you can find this button at the top of the message box).

How to post youtube vids: Click on the 'youtubeHD' button at the top of the message box and in the middle of the ][ brackets that just appeared, copy and paste everything from the youtube web address that appears after the = sign i.e if this is the url: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2cNqaPSHv0 just copy "K2cNqaPSHv0").

Well we filled six of the eight allotted places.
Was nice to see Blackstar's bad, bad early 2nd gen again.
And there was a really nice 1st gen RS/SS in our group.

The search parties are still out for Paul's Typhoon and Dave's Firebird.

We seriously have to try and meet up more than once a year.

I left at 14:30, had a family dinner to attend.
Was a jam for the Dartford Tunnel, despite both bores being fully functional.
What is it with tunnels in this country?

Well apologies for not making an appearance at Speedfest but I had a little Car Trouble on the way down.
The Firebird was running well till Cobbham services, but after a quick break there it all started to go wrong the car started to stumble and I had to cut back my speed as it seemed to be flooding more at higher revs. I think I saw Oddball's black car pass me between the services and A20.
I got to the slip road off the25 onto the 20 where it died at the lights and refused to restart.
Ended up making the trip back on a transporter
Luckily the transporter was on the scene quick and the police arrived just as I was being loaded, not really what I wanted on the day of the biggest meet in the UK.
Hope you all had a good day. The weather was perfect.
