UK will be so over-populated by then, there won't be room for vehicles of any kind.

I wonder if they will ban diesel engines for ships and cruise liners too. Just one of those idling whilst docked (as they don't use auxillary power from the local town) creates far more nasty stuff than probably all of our clubs cars combined.

As usual hit the motorist... surely addressing all commercial use of deisel engines first would be a better idea..

The biggest pollution problem is never faced, animal methane emissions do way more damage than all the cars in the world yet you never hear calls to have cats fitted to cows......or would that be bestiality?
