I haven't seen it, but would have preferred to keep it numbers matching and just make some upgrades in cam, carbs etc

So I guess they did a triggers broom on it, didn't account financially for the hundreds of hours labour or overheads then "sold it" to a fixed wooden looking actor and claimed to turn a huge profit as usual. One of the worst car shows on TV where ed China does half hours acting here and there and the behind the scenes.mechanics and bodywork crew do all the hard work on the vehicles

Hi Twisted, good to see you back here! Ye that's so true on the labour part, Mike seems to have enslaved Ed (in the literal sense) as they never account for his time. Does anyone know what Ed does for a living, i'm sure he can't live off of the 'profit' they turn over.

How to post pics: When writing a message, scroll down and use the "attach file" option. Where possible, a photo sharing service can be used such as Flickr, Imgur etc. The image location (usually ending in .jpg) can be copy and pasted between the ][ brackets that appear when you click the 'Img' button (you can find this button at the top of the message box).

How to post youtube vids: Click on the 'youtubeHD' button at the top of the message box and in the middle of the ][ brackets that just appeared, copy and paste everything from the youtube web address that appears after the = sign i.e if this is the url: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2cNqaPSHv0 just copy "K2cNqaPSHv0").

Pretty sure they have already admitted a long time ago that labour costs are not included as all the jobs performed could be done at home by anow amateur with the right tools - though this is debatable!

It's a TV show mistaken for two guys doing up old cars to make a few quid,Mike and Ed will be paid a salary for their TV appearance time as presenters of the show which will be written and scripted by someone else , as an idea a friend is a radio one xtra dj and was getting twenty grand a year for two three hour sets every week so I guess Mike and Ed are on a good few quid for doing next to nothing, like all TV shows its scripted and produced for continuity and they are merely presenters or frontmen

...sadly that be the truth, though we still call it entertainment and despite knowing of the charade I still enjoy it.

I suppose he has now, but if I had made the sort of money he has since they started in that tin shed I would probably be just as irritating by now (that's if I'm not already) :-o
