Thought i would share this, Rockauto sell Dorman kit 38374 which is a selection of 8 (4 pairs) of different sized bushings for rebuilding door hinges. It contains 1x pair that are specific to our cars, and they others are different sized ones in the case the holes have widened a bit.
They are normally £1.35 each plus shipping at Rockauto, or £2.50ish elsewhere in the U.S (no UK suppliers), but they have a discount for 8+ items, where it costs 24p per pack. Unfortunately, as the pack contains 8 items and i ordered 8 packs, someone misread and sent me 1 pack of 8 whilst i was in the u.s. So i've had to re-order to my UK address and found that they ship via jiffy bag, so ended up paying £9 for 8 packs including delivery, so enough to do both doors on 2 cars which isn't too bad. It would cost more to buy 4 kits (1 kit per hinge, 4x hinges per car) than the 8 discounted ones, so you end up with some spares / for resale
TLDR rebuild all door hinges for under a tenner

How to post pics: When writing a message, scroll down and use the "attach file" option. Where possible, a photo sharing service can be used such as Flickr, Imgur etc. The image location (usually ending in .jpg) can be copy and pasted between the ][ brackets that appear when you click the 'Img' button (you can find this button at the top of the message box).
