I'd get to scratching and sanding.
At that price I am glad I spent all day yesterday sanding Lol both the nose and spoiler are now in primer and ready for a guide sand then colour, both the nose and spoiler had 31 coats of paint.

Car Details:1986 Camaro, bought into Spain by me in 1993.
305 replaced by a 355, 750 Demon carb, RPM AirGap intake, Brodix heads, Hedman Hedders, 3" Flowmaster exhaust.
Wheels are Summit aluminium 5 spokes, tyres are 245 rear 225 front BF Goodrich.
B/M transmission, battery relocated to the rear, GoodMark 4" cowl steel hood.

Its taken 16hours of sanding to get to this stage spoiler was attached to make guide sanding a bit easier they will be split for colour coat

Well progress is been made just finished putting the clear coat on not come out to bad considering I am not a painter, its in a dusty garage and it was painted 1:30 in the morning after a 12 hour shift at work

Thank you very much, Its never going to be a show car i just dont have the time money or skills but I am quite good at making a presentable usable classic if that makes sense.
In the past when I have bought my project car/bike it stays in the garage till fully done, with this one its 90% there and there is not much summer left, so going to MOT it and enjoy it, the car has quite a few small daft jobs to do nothing that will cost a great deal so the car will be a rolling project for the summer then pull it of the road for winter and tackle some of the bigger jobs.
