The initial idea was to have the same filter for the trans and motor so's I don´t have to think twice.
All remote canister filter mounts for transmissions seem to be of the Ford(gulp) type.
Now that´s sorted I´m moving on to remove the transmission, I´ll more than likely buy a B/M
one rather than mess with this old ´un.

So far I drained all the trans fluid and have three bolts out of four removed from the bell housing,
tight back there.....
Number four comes out from underneath.

It´s out.....
