Hi can anyone recommend a cheap but good place in Essex/Romford to replace my rear gears maybe supply and fit or just fit as I am on a very tight budget and are weighing up the best options for myself, I have not done this job before but I can maybe with help.

haha.. I'm guessing you spotted you posted this thread about 6 times.. !!!

I had Southern axles in Watford change mine.. used the original LSD as was still in good shape, and charged about £450 for a one day drive in drive out service, including new gears, all parts etc..

Not a job I would want done "cheaply" by any means, too many clearances and bits for my liking, another vote for Paul at southern axles as thats all he does, get it wrong and you are in a world of hurt and expense
