Hi Gordon and welcome to the club!

Congratulations on your first American car, frankly in my mind nothing beats them for enjoyment value, the rumble of the V8.

Post some photos when you can, I am sure everyone would love to see your new ride :)

No one has ever accused mine of being a mid-life crisis, but then this is my 4th classic and 2nd American classic starting from when i was 18 (with a 1970 Mk1 Ford Escort).

I'd rather see a tired, rusty bag of nails classic on the road than a modern car :)

The seats have suffered from Texas sun..and there's scuffs ..but all to be expected from a daily driver of 39 years!

Very nice! :) Did you specifically want a 77 Camaro? Would make an excellent Bumblebee replica ;)

Looks pretty good condition on the outside.

A friend just referred to bumblebee n I was lost lol....no... But it seemed the right style of car for a young at heart 41 year old lol...i just approached a dealer askin what would be a base price for something that was a runner and he mentioned it.....I saw pics of it in Texas then over here...the interior is well worn...seats are ripped and there are bits of damaged trim but I know I can source these..I decoded the car and according to the numbers its the 305 but when I got v5 it states 5.7...I phoned Dvsa And they said I need to prove its the smaller capacity....its insured as a 5litre and there was no query from insurer.
