Hmm, to get at the back three on the passenger side bank we had to unbolt the starter motor and move it to the side, so just one spark plug left do which is the front one and it looks like it has to be done from the top and the alternator needs removing to get at it, so far it's taken 3 hours and a post lift to do seven of them, the driver side ones had been done at some point in the past but the passenger side ones look to be the original ac Delco units from new, the plugs were all in good condition as was the oil so it appears the engine is in excellent condition, spot of drag racing this year and maybe a track day or two :-)
