Just wondering - i have 10.5" steel wheels in chrome and the backspacing is 4". There is minimal clearance to the outer lip and i'd like to tuck the wheel in more (ideally be 1.5", maybe even 1.75"). Is there a place that would be able to separate the drum from the mounting face and reweld? I had a jeep once that i was told had reversed rims (stock steel wheels and they cut the welds and rewelded for a deep dish). Was done before i got it but didn't appear to have an issue. I've got 7.5" rims on there now with a 255 but it looks a bit too tucked in. Thinking of getting 1" spacers, but then i thought about doing something to the wheels as i can't really use them the way they are. Cheers!
