Car Details:1969 SS, originally a 396, now a 350. Never having raced an American V8 before, I am not the world's expert on Camaros ! But I read Road & Track and HotRod Magazine from the early Sixties (yes, it's the only thing I can rememberabout the 60s) and always wanted one.

Also race a 1965 Alfa GTA, and drive a 1938 Lancia Aprilia and a 1922 Talbot 8.
Sorry, but I will be racing the '69 Camaro at Oulton Park in the HSCC's Gold Cup meeting - for all you Cheshire based forumists, a date for the diary.
have a good time at The Ace.
Nick

How to post pics: When writing a message, scroll down and use the "attach file" option. Where possible, a photo sharing service can be used such as Flickr, Imgur etc. The image location (usually ending in .jpg) can be copy and pasted between the ][ brackets that appear when you click the 'Img' button (you can find this button at the top of the message box).

How to post youtube vids: Click on the 'youtubeHD' button at the top of the message box and in the middle of the ][ brackets that just appeared, copy and paste everything from the youtube web address that appears after the = sign i.e if this is the url: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2cNqaPSHv0 just copy "K2cNqaPSHv0").

firebird68 and I managed to stay outside the whole time, despite a bit of light rain.
The turnout was quite good considering the forecast, some interesting machines there.

Just after you left, a nice early, chrome front, C3 Vette pulled in (reference one of our conversations).
