They are Wade headlight covers, Their really good quality tho they do block out alot of light so driving on country roads at night can be a nightmare.
I think the law is, you gotta have a front number plate unless theres no possible place to mount one, like a bike or that atom kit car thing.
As for having a smaller plate it kinda depends on the mood of the copper, My brother has a small plate on his trans am and the police havnt mentioned it when his been pulled.
Anyway i shall be putting a small one on mine

Yeah, they use plastic clips which hold them in place and the covers are actually held by strong velcro so can be removed easly. I actually screwed mine down as no matter how strong they say it is im not sure if i trust velcro at 100+mph lol.

Gotta have big stopping power if you've got a big engine. Something alot of people forget though is to renew brake fluid for a big increase in stopping power. It only takes a few years before moisture ends up in the fluid and then the best discs and pads in the world won't make the difference they should.

It's a bitch of job though. Does anyone use these new 1-man bleed kits or still the little rubber pipe in a jam jar ?
