I went for the Magna flow with twin rounds.

I love pulling up behind the new M3's with their 4 round exhaust which look like each of them came off a fiat panda compared to the Magna flow ones.

I think its one of the most important things to get the sound right as it is the heart of the car when she starts....

When I bought my car it came with the twin round ones that were off the market and look like they had been welded on and they sounded fantastic (better than the Magna flows I have on now) which also cracked and grumbled when the revs dropped off. It gave the car real personality. The Magna flows don't do this which I miss but still look and sound great.

The other great thing that has always tickled me is when I heard a child say "cor look at that car its got 4 engines" due to the 4 pipes out the back and that was priceless.

This is how my Z28 looked with 4 round upswept pipes. Sounded just lovely, not too loud just a deep rumble - how I like it. 8-)

All done,
Due to the tow bar things couldn't be nice and neat to the rear bumper, so I went with the classic look.

Full marks to http://www.topgearaylesbury.co.uk/ Good job and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Sounds lovely and rumbly now, without upsetting the neighbours.

Think you made the right choice there. I quite like the exhaust to be out of sight on many cars. You've got the sound you wanted without spoiling the rear end - nice one.
