Location:Wiltshire
Engine oil coolers are normally part of the oil filter housing
Have a look to see if the oil filter screws direct to the block or if it screws to a unit thats bolted to the block ??
Then see if theres coolant pipes going to it :think: :think:

Negative no seperate oil cooler..... ill have put my faith in that K seal gunk for now and look at surgery over the winter.

i'm curious as to what exactly this is, usually as the water pressure is much higher you dont get a great amount of oil seeping into the water, also oil being thicker means it cant penetrate the small cracks pressurised water does, its not transmission fluid is it? my 3rd gen had an oil cooler attached to the side of the radiator
