That's what i was thinking too. The front looks nice and filled out. If the wheels are going to stay and there is some fabrication work to be done, it may be an option to have the rear wheels redone. As they are steels, you can get it separated and then move the part with the mounting holes towards the outside of the wheels to give the +45mm offset that Stu has mentioned.
I had this done on my first car (suzuki jeep). The mounting surface was separated from the drum and move inwards (for a deep dish and to widen the track of the car) and welded up. Never had any issues with balancing etc.
