Hi guys i've posted here as its a 4th gen question but may post in tech later too

Im trying to help this guy on another forum, but im out of ideas on this one.

His car is using water, 2 litres a day i suggested the following:
there are NO leaks and car uses water when on idle, the pressure is good and all pipes are warm. so if there is
water in oil / white smoke exhaust -> head gaskets (these have been replaced)
he has a new radiator
they disconnected the heater to remove it from the equation

i said to check the temp sensor as the fan may not be coming on thus allowing pressure build up and water will go into the evap tank and vapourise. Apparently the water pump is good by i said if he can he should replace it. I also suggeted a pressure check to see if there are defo no leaks.

Is there anything else guys?? basically its been a problem for a while, so last month he got a new engine, and did the head gaskets on this one too cause the problem was still there!!
