Feck that shit dude I would want a full refund on that , you were clearly mis sold it and it was advertised wrongly in addition to being broken. I had a similar thing with a hand held CB where the guy selling it didn't say it was euro frequencies only and was adamant he wasn't going to refund me, I told ebay it was Mis sold as on the advert it said "40 ch GB" which it wasn't and got my money refunded in full, ebay always side with the buyer not the seller, can you not get a second hand one?

Car Details:1986 Camaro, bought into Spain by me in 1993.
305 replaced by a 355, 750 Demon carb, RPM AirGap intake, Brodix heads, Hedman Hedders, 3" Flowmaster exhaust.
Wheels are Summit aluminium 5 spokes, tyres are 245 rear 225 front BF Goodrich.
B/M transmission, battery relocated to the rear, GoodMark 4" cowl steel hood.
Location:Spain East Coast
I just sent a shitty email off to them to buck them up.
Resent the pics and told them my next move was to contact ebay for misrepresentation of the part
and bad packaging. They sent it in a large box without any protection whatsoever.
That´s how the ends got split.

I´ve seen a second hand original dash pad but it was over 300 dollars.

The price of more than 300 dollars is the price of the part without shipping.
Who has one, Rocky was out of dash tops last time I enquired ?

The seller has contacted me and has a new one being prepared, double checked for cracks and fitting.

BUT, he tells me I have to file a resend report to ebay so they can get UPS to reship.
The packaging was just a box, no protection for the part to stop it banging about so the problem goes
back to the manufacturer who shipped it out.

I´m searching ebay like mad but go round in circles trying to find where to contact ebay on reshipping.

All they have is stock questions and answers none of which help me. :wall:

Rocky's stock is always changing so might be worth keeping on at him? Last time I had ebay issues there was a service I found on there where I put in my phone number and got a callback from them within 3 mins, the lady was very helpful and sorted my issue within a few mins as well, might be worth seeking that out as it was only a month ago I used it

I got one off Rocky about three weeks ago, for £85 plus postage.

Pretty damn good as well, very slight damage to the corners (they always seem to go there, that's where mine had gone but mine was MUCH worse)

Definitely worth pestering him, I asked just before xmas and he had nothing then he advertised one on ebay in January. I jumped on it asap. Sorry....

Good luck!

I´m stuck with resolving this.
I have to file a damaged in transit complaint with ebay global shipping.
They have made it so you just go around in circles on their website,
never getting to any place you can actually type anything.

At least the seller is co operating with me but he tells me it´s a first for them too.

I also found out ebay global shipping is a pile of poop too, it just doesn´t work right.
