Hello everyone,

We've been making a great number of changes to our catalog, specifically with the Order Status & Returns page (http://www.rockauto.com/orderstatus/orderstatus.php). Now, you can cancel parts from your order and/or choose alternates if a part is out of stock. On top of that, you can set up any sort of return and buy a FedEx return label through us to take advantage of our cheaper shipping accounts. It's always faster and easier to do everything electronically, and now with the Order Status & Returns page it's possible. The next time you need to make changes to your order or want to set up a return, check out the Order Status & Returns page on our website.

Hi RockAuto team,

I've heard good things about delivery times, but i'm not seeing the same with my order. I placed an order for a few small items on Monday, received a confirmation of shipping the next morning but on checking, the order is still in Tonawanda NY. Everything was in stock, is it normal for orders to sit around for a week? I've ordered from NPD quite a few times on a Monday and it's always arrived on the Thursday. If the order is still in NY, it won't be here until at least mid to end next week that it arrives?

Thanks for the reply and information. I've sent a mail to the support team that you mentioned, including all of the order numbers etc. I've just checked again and it's still showing as being in Tonawanda, so hopefully it's just the shipment information not being updated, as the package should be in the UK by now (7 days since order, the longest shipping method from that page shows as 9 to 11 days, so would take a couple of days to process still once it's here in the UK).

Hi Susan,

I didn't get a reply from the customer service team, and checking the tracking today, after 9 days, it still says the location of the item is in Tonawanda NY (aka nothing has been done since i placed the order). It should be being delivered today, but i can't see that happening if it's still in NY :( I've ordered from NPD several times and the items arrive within 4 days (order on Monday, arrives on Thursday) and the tracking is always up to date, so i'm not sure why this is taking so long. I would appreciate it if you could look into it please, my order number is 21544609.

3 weeks on and still no sign of my delivery. Ontop of that, receiving dissatisfactory customer service as no one seems to care!

The tracking of your package shows it has been delivered - please let me know if that's not the case. I'm very sorry if the package took longer than expected to deliver. We try to give you the best indication when the shipping method will arrive, but it's not a guaranteed service (like express). We certainly appreciate your business and understand if you're frustrated that the package took longer than estimated.

Hi, yes the package arrived later that day. It's a shame it took so long, i've otherwise heard better results. It sat in the warehouse all week before being dispatched, then it sat at Yodels facility in the UK for another week. The products did come through as different ones too, the one purchased were AMS but Rhino ones came through. I do hope the next order will work out better.

I'm glad the package did end up arriving. Just so you're aware, AMS and Rhino Pac are the same company.
