Couple more additions and corrections..
Cheers Stu, top man
Good shout on the below ideas...

gazebo - i don't have one of these
folding chairs/table etc.. - I think i have a folding table in the loft, not very big so may need one or two more
drinks cooler I will check the loft, definitely have some cool bags though.
Cruise in anti clockwise M25 anyone ? Yes! Any initial thoughts on a meeting point? I'll be heading over from M4 direction, so maybe a service station around the m4 / m40/ m25 junction(s)?
Banner - I made a banner before for a club night and i think it was only about £20 so i'll look at getting one made up (anyone know of a decent supplier? The one i used is no longer in the area). There is an event at Brooklands that we've just been invited to, so will make use of it there too, another thread to come for that one :)
Merchandise I have been quietly working with a supplier to get t-shirts made, about to go live :) Thinking of taking some to sell on the day with some stickers too.

Good spot Stu

We all need to email them to get our free entry passes.

So please submit your name, mailing address, car type, registration number, and Classic camaro Club (as club)
to americanspeedfest@msv.com

cheers

Yes good point... i was going to send the link out once we had 10 cars down as yes, as i'm working with the speedfest team on the arrangements, but didn't want to get locked in until we had the minimum numbers. It looks as though we've hit 10 now (nice one z28stu  ) , great result and hopefully more to join :) Please feel free to email as per Stu's post, the cut off point is 2 weeks prior to the start date. Would be good if we can still track attendance on here too

It's free for car and driver, only passengers would need to pay. Not sure about the overnight thing, maybe worth asking when sending your details across. As for the stay, i plan on driving up on the Sunday morning, won't do the whole weekend as the club stands are only happening on the Sunday. Hope that helps!
