When she said she'd love to go for a ride in a drop top, she probably changed her mind on seeing that awning :wtf:

How to post pics: When writing a message, scroll down and use the "attach file" option. Where possible, a photo sharing service can be used such as Flickr, Imgur etc. The image location (usually ending in .jpg) can be copy and pasted between the ][ brackets that appear when you click the 'Img' button (you can find this button at the top of the message box).

How to post youtube vids: Click on the 'youtubeHD' button at the top of the message box and in the middle of the ][ brackets that just appeared, copy and paste everything from the youtube web address that appears after the = sign i.e if this is the url: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2cNqaPSHv0 just copy "K2cNqaPSHv0").

Not sure about that.... the quality of the conversion will be a big part of it, these cars are barely structurally solid with a roof, so the reinforcement under the floor will need to be massive..
And notice while the seller says the roof if creased it's very purposely avoided any proper roof shots in the pic..

My ex girlfriend years ago nearly bought a 1980 C3 Corvette that had a topless conversion... We actually had it for about a week and took it back as the creaks and rattles were unbearable, and worried me.. Looked lovely though.

I noticed that too. I wonder how bad it is to avoid pics of the whole car. I think the money being asked is only justifiable by the rarity of it. If they were more common, it would not fetch anywhere near that. Would be good to see an underside pic, scary if there are no re-inforcements added to it :?
