Not a great fan of "Cackle Fests" but if it´s the only

Going to be painted soon and I recommended they stick on a 69 firebird grill,paint on four headlights and spray it a mid metallic blue

I´ve been nuts about it since my father bought home a Hot Rod magazine in
1965.
The original copy he bought me got pretty well used up, this one to replace it came off e bay.
I´ve missed very few Hot rod mags since then, getting it locally in Germany and sent over to spain.


I was at the Pod on the first day.
My visits to the Pod were cut short when I went to work in Germany in
1978, then I came to Spain in 1992.

me and my mates were into the drag racing & custom car scene in the mid 80's and Barry Sheavills was the man...
But once we all started passing our driving tests we moved onto the not so fast hatch scene
now back into it thanks to a mid life crisis

Perhaps not to the level of you two but defo like the 1/4 mile
Only been to santa pod 3 times this year
I too remember when Barry Sheavills was the man... Where is he now

Arnie bestwick is still racing at 102 years old so Im sure Sheavills could make a comeback
