I know where you guys are coming from though as I can`t handle warning lights either. They all go on then go out at start up. I haven`t had any stay on yet but I have access to code checker just in case.
I had an Astra that would fire on the `check engine` light at any excuse. Used to crack me up. It always amazes me when people put up videos of Camaros on Youtube and their dash has more lights on than a Christmas tree and don`t seem to care.

yeah lots of the yank vid like that. I couldnt run my car knowing it was running poo with check lights on everywherre. Granted if its due to the o2 sensors cause of headers then I could live with it for a bit, but most dont even car what the lights are on for :O

Car Details:79' camaro road & track day toy. 383 stroker, 5 speed TKO trans, lots of suspension stuff, 13" Vette brakes, 18" wheels.

The only check lights I wouldn't worry about are things like ABS or open doors, boot etc.. Engine or trans warning lights mean there's a problem, even if it's just a dodgy sensor surely..
